HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

STEP 1 - SIGN UP FOR YOUR FORWARDING ADDRESS

Sign up with forward2africa and receive your personal forwarding addresses  in our warehouse countries. Once you have created your account, you will receive your new addresses.

Step 2

STEP 2 - GO AND SHOP ONLINE

Go to your favourite UK or EU shops such as Amazon UK and order your goods using your forward2africa address as the delivery address.

Step 3

STEP 3 - YOUR PARCEL IS DELIVERED TO FORWARD2AFRICA

On receiving your parcel from the online store we may check the contents to see if it can safely and legally shipped to you. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with applicable legislation in your country.

Step 4

STEP 4 - YOUR PARCEL IS SHIPPED TO YOU

You will receive a notification that your item is ready for shipping. Log into your account, select your preferred delivery method and pay. Once we have received confirmation of payment your item will be shipped to you.

Step 3

STEP 5 - YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL

Dependent on the delivery method you have chosen you can expect delivery of your item within 1 to 7 working days from despatch from our warehouse. Local Customs delays that are out of our control may affect arrival times.
